Less than Id hoped for

This magazine-app is a little clunky to navigate. Menus and page-overview is accessed by touching the bottom of the screen. Not a deal breaker, but different from all the other ipad magzines I have, where access is at the top.

Ive given the low rating for two reasons.

1. Issues from my paid subscription arent available for download
2. Customer support doesnt recognize me. The app manages to successfully charge my itunes account every month for the issue, but is somehow unable to recognize me as a subscriber when I try to the customer support.

Its a pricier subscription. Not worth IMHO for the what you get or the hassles in trying to access issues youve paid for.

Pity, I quite enjoy the magazine.
