OMG SO MANY PROBLEMS

Needs lots and lots and lots and lots, get the drift, of work before I can even give it one star. Never ending problems trying to get issues to download. Some issues want me to re pay in order to download. One person in support tells you one thing and another one tells you something different. Wait till all the problems are fixed, if that ever happens!!!!!
