Real Simple Magazine App Reviews

I like the app, feels like reading the magazine. Havent had any issues that others have mentioned, I view on an iPad 4 mini, and it is great.

Ive loved magazine for what seems like, forever. Its great having it available mobilely.

Doesnt always work well, and recently lost all of my saved emagazines ( over a year paid subscription) so will have to follow up on trying to get access to that again because it has been allegedly restoring it for the last half hour, and nothing.

According to my print issue Im also supposed to get digital access to Real Simple. I created a digital account as directed, but instead of getting access I was sent to a renewal screen. If digital access is extra then be honest and tell subscribers that. DONT LIE. Thanks to this deception I will not be renewing my subscription. I dont want any part of this scam. Time Inc should be ashamed of themselves- saying Real Simple is about Life Made Easier then making subscribers jump through hoops for a con that does not deliver what it promises.

I love REAL SIMPLE and look forward to every issue. Unfortunately, I have had some problems with the app such as having to sign in frequently (which does not happen with other magazine apps like BH&G or The New Yorker) and very slow download times. Definitely not life-threatening problems, but annoying, and makes life more complicated - not simple!

This app is awful. Customer Service is non-existent. One person keeps transferring me to another person and no one can help me get the digital subscription.

I love this app! Im able to enjoy Real Simple on the subway without spreading out with my magazine. The app brings everything to life. Thank you!

Now my favorite magazine at my finger tips. I love having shopping info right there. Thanks real simple for making your app real simple

I enjoy reading RS with this app. The photos are in brilliant color and the links to various retailers has been helpful. The flaw however, is that the new issues of the magazine do not publish to the app for WEEKS after its available on the newsstand. This will definitely influence whether I renew my subscription.

Says I have a subscription and can download. Doesnt allow. I have reset password and contacted customer service and still cant get the past issues.

I purchased a year subscription through iTunes and beginning with the November issue neither the November or October issue will download anymore. Contacted customer service at Real Simple and they told me to contacts iTunes who told me I needed to take it up with real simple magazine. Customer service from real simple magazine has not contacted me again after I sent them the reply from iTunes. iTunes wont refund my year subscription and real simple customer service wont contact me. So I paid for year that I cant use.

Would like to see links in the table of contents especially for those of us who like both paper and digital. We like to flip through topics.

Kind of irritating that the weddings issue always shows on newsstand instead of the current magazine cover. Not everyone is planning a wedding...

Incredibly slow downloads. When it updates, you lose login and password (even on iCloud Keychain)

Wish app would provide horizontal view not just vertical....like magazine but want easier access to its pages.

This app is garbage, actuly Im not even sure how it got on my phone, I never downloaded it, it also doesnt show up on my homescreen, but it asks me to update it. In other words it is a parasitic dumpster of corporate greed

I have tried to down load this magazine several times. It keeps asking me for my email address and the tells me it isnt valid (it is). Got tired of messing with it and decided to just read it at the library. Too much trouble

doesnt recognize my email, account or address got a refund for the unused months as i purchased this so i could read on my ipad
